Volunteer Adventure in Latin America

The Volunteer Adventure program is a 2-week itinerary including 5 days of international community service and 6 days of travel and exploration in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Peru.

Maximo Nivel’s Volunteer Adventure is an intensive work, study, and travel experience designed to maximize your time in Latin America to the fullest. The Volunteer Adventure program has two parts:

1) 5 days in our Volunteer Abroad program
2) 6 days of adventure and culture tours

Join Maximo Nivel’s Volunteer Abroad program and choose from a number of social issues and projects where you can work to help make a difference. Volunteer projects include:

– Working with Kids
– Teaching English
– Construction
– Conservation
– Animal Care
– Medical & Healthcare

All Adventure & Culture Programs include housing and food with a family-stay. Tours that take you outside of the main cities include accommodations at a hostel or hotel while traveling. Private rooms and apartments are also available for an extra fee.

The 13-Day Volunteer Adventure in Costa Rica includes:

– 5 days volunteering in the program of your choice
– Cultural Night or city tour
– Costa Rica 3-in-1 tour (Poas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall and coffee tour)
– Catamaran Tortuga Island tour
– 3 days/ 2 nights at Manuel Antonio National Park

The 13-Day Volunteer Adventure in Guatemala includes:

– 5 days volunteering in the program of your choice
– Volcano Pacaya hike
– 3 days/2 nights on the beach in El Salvador (surf lessons included!)
– 2 days/1 night in Tikal (airfare to Tikal included)
– Zip-line tour

The 13-Day Volunteer Adventure in Peru includes:

– 5 days volunteering in the program of your choice
– Cusco city tour
– Sacred Valley tour
– 2 days/1 night tour of Machu Picchu
– 2 days/ 2 nights Lake Titicaca & Puno tour
